Tabletop Gaming

Playing tabletop has been an absolutely incredible experience. Original Characters have always been a big passion of mine, and the chance to play them and develop their stories with other people has been incredible.

I'm not particularly picky on systems, and have played:

  • D&D 3.5e
  • D&D 5th Edition
  • Pathfinder 2nd Edition
  • Starfinder 2nd Edition
  • Daggerheart

I haven't DMed as of writing (5/2026). I have many ideas, but I don't think I have good enough people management skills. I have seen tabletop lead to hurt feelings over little more than bad rolls, and I don't have faith in my ability to resolve that. I'm also not generally good at knowing the "nitty gritty" of a system, and suspect people would grate against my lack of knowledge. So, for the foreseeable future, I'm going to be an eternal player. With that in mind... my characters, including only information known to the broader party as of time of writing.

Characters are in order of creation, with ⭐s indicating how much I love that character.

Calim
  • System: D&D 5e
  • Role: Lawful Neutral Human Cleric
  • Status: Retired

My first character, a sadistic cleric. The only male character since... well, you can guess. Lawful neutral worshipper of a lawful evil god, with an intended narrative that would lean into questioning his faith and discovering himself. My intend was to juxtapose the healing he'd do with sadism, but in my opinion I thought it was clever solely because I hadn't really engaged with much D&D media.

Campaign ended up withering out as the DM got busy, and more thoroughly retired when the DM and I had a falling out over her financial abuse of her ex.

⭐⭐⭐████████ "Katie"
  • System: D&D 3.5e
  • Role: Half-elf Cleric of the Dream domain
  • Status: Active

We're back, baby. First character that kick-started my true fixation into D&D, seven years after Calim went nowhere. And I'm playing a cleric again oops! ████████ is based deeply on my relationship with Lucid Dreaming and roleplayed by both myself and Alpheratz. She has struggled with identity as she recognized fate does not imply her actions bear no weight, and she has slowly started to work on improving herself.

████████ is in hiding from an infohazardous entity part-inspired by a False Hydra, and part-inspired by a form of Dragon Psychosis called Nameless Dragons. Only ████████ knows the true identity of ████. ████████'s name must not be said aloud. As a second precaution, ████████ has completely changed her physical appearance to that of a Star Elf.

So please... Her name is Katie.

It has always been Katie.

⭐⭐⭐Corallorhiza
  • System: Daggerheart
  • Role: Half-elf Syndicate Rogue
  • Status: Half-retired

Corallorhiza is a retired spy that was at the heart of the last major war between the banners, playing a horifically crucial role as one of the primary instigators.

She started the first world war: she refuses to let a second break out. That is the inspiration behind her character. An interrogation into guilt, and redemption, and my attempt to play an older woman. Her actions caused an innocent person to be executed, which was the instigating moment behind the war. What I did not know, however, is that another character would play the daughter of the person who was killed, and this sparked a brutal intrigue wherein her character, Kori Tomo, recruited Corallorhiza to functionally be her right-hand person. All the while, Corallorhiza is hiding and holding back the brutal truth, while trying to do all she can to earn her redemption.

I still roleplay her privately, though an indefinite pause was called on this campaign.

June Berry
  • System: Pathfinder 2e
  • Role: Leshy Thaumaturge
  • Status: Not played
⭐⭐Aetna
  • System: Pathfinder 2e
  • Role: Ratfolk Thaumaturge
  • Status: Active

Many years ago, Aetna betrayed the clan and struck down her brother. Ruari lay dead for reasons Aetna will not divulge, and she was exiled from the family.

She still stops by to deliver food, water, and medicine. But the weather has gotten harsher, and the clan's matron lay dead. Now, people must move on from past grudges and find a path forward that saves everyone, moving everything they have.

But can they actually move on? Aetna, again, interrogates grief and duty and guilt and hardship, forcing others to move on... or decide not to. More than anything, Aetna has been fun to play because of what it does to the rest of the party, and the drama it starts.

Defiant Lodgepole
  • System: Pathfinder 2e
  • Role: Leshy Alchemist
  • Status: Not Played

Zemia is covered in undead, and this Leshy has found an unconventional way to manage it: Fire. Burn the forests to save the forests. Controlled burns to root out the infection at its source.

⭐⭐Stalwart Grace
  • System: Starfinder 2e
  • Role: Android Solarian
  • Status: Active

Autistic android with a sword loves to run and jump and climb and especially really likes to bonk enemies with a very big sword. Partially played by Flare and Aster.
