This is our profile, our identity free of a character limit and free of purchaseable cosmetics. Our little space of the indie web.

It's gone through four iterations at time of writing this, and may go through yet more.

But it will always be mine, made of raw HTML-CSS-JS, and hostable on any service. Neocities could burn tomorrow, and I will have a new host by sunset.

I strongly recommend readers try to make their own as well. Linktree will police what you link to, and may have ulterior motives for collecting links to all of your social media profiles. But if you run your own linktree, it will always be yours to control.

And that's to say nothing of customization, obviously. This page looks different from the others, because it is mine. Can't do that with a bsky.
